> ℹ️ This method of sending data to Soutron is by invite only. Only use this if asked to do so by Soutron Support.

**Log In:**

You can access the file upload web client here: [https://cloudshare.soutron.net:8080/webclient](https://cloudshare.soutron.net:8080/webclient). Make sure that you use the correct email and password on the login window. After login, go to the profile section by clicking on the profile icon. Then reset your password and enable two-step verifications from the “**Security**” section. Then you can save this login information. Also, check the “**Remember me**” box on the login page for one click login in future.

> ⚠️ If you use both an FTP client and this Cloud Share site your password will be reset for both.

**Uploading files:(permission dependent)**

Before uploading any files make sure you are in the right directory. Using the search feature on the top you can search your intended folder in that directory. You will see your current directory and the path on the top. You can go back and forward by clicking on any name. Use this for navigation. After going to the intended directory/folder click the “Upload Files” button on the top to upload your files. You can drag and drop or browse to upload your files. It is possible to upload multiple files at a time.

**Add Directory: (permission dependent)**

In case you want to upload new files to a separate folder or just need a new folder click on the “Add Directory” button in the middle. Like uploading files make sure you are on the correct place for where you want to add this new folder. After clicking the “Add Directory” button a new dialogue button will pop-up. Enter the folder name and hit save. You will see the newly added folder on top of the list of folders.

**Downloading files: (permission dependent)**

You can download any previously uploaded file from here by just clicking on the file . Download option is also accessible from the 3-dot on the side of the file. Using this option folders can be downloaded also. 

**Rename & Delete: (permission dependent)**

Click on the 3-dots on the side of the file or folder under the title “Action”. It will show the dialogue to rename, download or delete them. Click on the action you want to proceed with.

When renaming a dialogue box will open up with a writing space. Write the new name, click on the “<span style="color: #006644">**Rename**</span>” button to confirm.

When deleting any file or folder an alert box will pop-up. <span style="color: #ff5630">Remember if you </span><span style="color: #ff5630">**delete**</span><span style="color: #ff5630"> any file it can’t be restored/recovered</span>. Click on “<span style="color: #ff5630">Delete</span>” only when you are sure about deleting that particular file or folder.

**Batch Delete/Download: (permission dependent)**

You can select all files & folders within any directory. Click the checkbox beside “Name”, it will select all , show two button with the options “Delete” & “Download”. Click the “<span style="color: #36b37e">**Download**</span>” button to download all files & folders in that directory. Click the “<span style="color: #ff5630">**Delete**</span>” button only when you are sure about **deleting** all selected files and folders in that directory. Once deleted they can’t be restored/recovered later.
