If your system has been configured to use your domain as the from address for emails send by the system it might be that our IP address needs to be white listed by your IT department.

It is not uncommon for IT to prevent servers outside their network to not send emails unless they are a trusted sender. Unless our IP is added to that trusted sender list (aka white list) emails will not be received. This includes emails such as overdue notices, request confirmations and export reports amongst others.

To eliminate the possibility of any problem our side please try and perform a catalogue export to email. If the email is received it may indicate a problem with other email related task such as overdues. In which case please open a support ticket. If the export email is not received please contact us for our mail server IP addresses so that your IT can whitelist our mail server IP addresses.

If you continue to experience problems after white listing our IP please contact support. Equally if you are not using your email domain as the from address in the system, for example emails are being sent from [noreply@soutron.com](mailto:noreply@soutron.com) and still not being received please open a support ticket.

Note that there is no way to force a re-send of the message. The only solution would be to delete the email address from the user record, then completely delete the user record and recreate it - that would re-send the email, but there would only be any point in doing this if the above issues have been addressed.
