<span style="color: #172b4d">When the user is in the Audit Navigation section, the navigation Bar entry will show a Blue i icon which the user can click to view additional localised information about this section.  The entry shown will be configurable by the System Administrators for the Portal and Record Type shown.</span>

This section provides a complete Audit Trail of all transactions related to a particular submission. The Submission Audit Table has the following columns:

**Date/Time**

The Local Date and Time is shown for when each transaction was made. 

**Changed by**

This shows the name of the person that made the Transaction/Change

**Event**

Gives a description of each individual Transaction/Change. These entries are **not** editable and cannot be deleted, they reflect the true timeline of each stage of the process.

**Action**

This shows the respective actions available for each Event, for example Reading a Submitted Comment
