This section describes the workflow and functions that a Reviewer will use and have access to.

This section only applies if the Record Type Enabled Reviewers section is enabled, if it is not then the RDR functionality will work as it does currently in that when a Submitter make a submission it will be emailed to the RD email address defined in System Configuration Maintenance and administrators will either approve or reject it using the existing functionality in the LMS.

A Reviewer is defined as any user who the submitter has allocated to be a reviewer, or a user that has been delegated to by another reviewer.
