The page opens in the client's Portal, so they will see the Portal Headers and Footers for the Portal defined in the Reviewer URL Link.

The layout is the same structure as that of the Submitter but with reduced function and a few differences.

### **Help**

At the top of the Review is a Generic **Reviewer** Help section, which System Administrators can define using a Template in the Admin Templates .The help shown will be the help defined for the Portal the user is in and the selected language.

### **Submission**

The Submission pages in the Portal are made up of four stages, which is provided in the form of a **navigation bar** which is made up of Metadata, Reviewer, Comments and Audit. Each section contains required UI and functions that are described in the subsequent sections of this help guide.

The Submission Header shows on the right-hand side:

**Status:           **For a new Review this will show **Awaiting Your Review**

**Deadline:      **Will show the deadline set by the Workflow assigned by the Submitter

On the right of the screen are the function buttons that control the whole Review i.e. Save and Close and once the review has been completed (which is determined by once Document is checked back in and a new comment has been added (if mandatory), additional Approve and Reject buttons will appear.  The My Comments box is also shown that the Reviewer can input into as well as the Create Comment button.
