A toggle will be displayed above the table allowing the user to see only their active submissions (all excluding submissions with a **complete** status). The default value will be to show only active submissions.

The table showing submissions will include the following columns.

##### **Submission ID**

This will be the CID of the record and can be used by a submitter, reviewer or administrator to refer to the specific submission.

##### **Title**

Taken from the metadata of the submission, this will also link to the record in the portal if published.

##### Submitter Name

The name of the user who created the submission.

##### **Submitted Date**

The date the submission was submitted for review.

##### **Deadline**

The date by which the submission must be reviewed.

##### **Approved Date**

The date a submission was approved.

##### **Published Date**

The date the submission was published into the database

##### **Status**

Current status of the submission (new, awaiting review, complete etc)

##### **Actions**

The only action required currently is the view button which opens the submission into edit mode for the user to update as required.


All columns are sortable, with the user able to click on the column header to change sort direction.  The default sort will be Submitted Date Descending so the latest submissions are shown first.

Each column also contains a search filter function allowing the user to search within the data results.
