End Users can be allowed to rate, review or comment on a particular record, and see the comments and ratings of other End Users.

# Adding a review or rating by an End User

When looking at a [Full Record Display](http://confluence.soutron.net/Full_record.html), click **Add reviews and ratings** in the side Menu.

A pop up window opens:

The System Administrator can set up questions for the End User to respond to and these are presented. A Rating of the item may be required before the entry can be completed.

Select the number of stars to rate the item. Adding a comment is optional.

Click **Submit**.

Reviews may be subject to [Administrative Staff approval](https://soutron.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/HG/pages/3279319) before publication.

# See reviews and ratings from other End Users

When viewing the [full record](https://soutron.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/HG/pages/3278317), either click **View all the reviews and ratings** in the left hand side Menu, or from within the Full Record Display, click the numbers in brackets after the row of star ratings in the record:

In the example, (1/1) means that there is 1 review and 1 rating.

The following screen opens:

From the drop-down list, select the Question (there may only be one) to see reviews .

If there are several Reviews and Ratings, the results will be spread across several pages. 

Click **View All** at the top right of the screen, to see all the comments for a particular question in a large format,

### Report Abuse

There is a Report Abuse option, so that if an End User thinks the review is inappropriate, the End User can click on the link. This sends an email to the email address defined in System Configuration ([Reviews & Ratings](https://soutron.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/HG/pages/3279602)).
