# Description

The Notification Emails tab  defines the email address to be used for each office, when [End Users submit records into the database](https://soutron.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/HG/pages/3278855).

If no email address is defined, the system uses the address defined in the OPAC [Options settings](https://soutron.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/HG/pages/3279383).

Click on the Notification Emails tab. The page displays as follows:

Each [office](https://soutron.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/HG/pages/3279356) that has been set up in System Management >>> Infrastructure menu is displayed.

Enter an email address for each office. 

# Finishing the process

When complete, click **Save** in the Actions menu, or **Save and Close** to return to the list of OPACs.
