A Multi Entry field (also known as a Repeating Field) allows more than one entry to be added into a field whilst maintaining the integrity of each entry. 

All data entered is fully searchable.

The appearance of a  Multi Entry field on the edit screen :

# Entering data

Type data into the box. Press Enter or Carriage return or Click the green plus sign at the side of the data entry box to save the data. The field is ready to accept another entry.

Continue adding as many entries as you like.

# Re-ordering data

To change the order of the entries listed, use the blue arrows to the right of the entries to move an entry up and down.

# Editing data

To edit one of the entries:

1. Click on the entry to select it.
2. The information appears in the input box above.
3. Make the required changes, then click on the icon next to the green plus symbol.

The amended data then appears below the input box.

# Deleting data

To delete an entry, click on the red cross to the right of the data.
