From here you can manage the copy records, loan items and print labels. > ℹ️ *The information that appears in the table is defined in* *[System Management](https://soutron.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/HG/pages/3278368)**.* --- After selecting **Locations** from the search results, the following table is displayed: ![image](media://f26e54dd-2dfb-4910-8a04-d46f68b5aa19) This lists all the copies for the catalogue record, along with their location and other details. It also shows the number of reservations for that title: clicking on the number displays the list of users who have reserved that title. # View options The copy table can be filtered by additional options: ![image](media://ab4d2fc7-19c4-4339-a254-3130dfa0fe9d) > Macro (inline-external-image) These are: | | | | --- | --- | | **Show deleted copies** | Tick this option to show deleted copies as well. | | **Show local office only** | Tick this option to show copies only from your office. | # Seeing more information To see the full details of a copy record: - click **View** next to the specific copy record - select the copy record by ticking it and then click **View Copy** in the Actions menu If the copy has a status of Out and the name of the borrower, click **Out** to see more details about the loan: ![image](media://4256a5bd-a996-46f6-b67b-5db4c77921e9) > ℹ️ *Note: you can specify in *[*OPAC Maintenance*](https://soutron.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/HG/pages/3279383)* whether or not to show the borrower's name for OPAC users - the default is No.* # Selecting records Select records to action by one of the following: - ticking the checkbox next to the records of interest - in the Selections menu, clicking on **Select all**, to select all copies - in the Selections menu, clicking on **Select page** to select all records on the current page being viewed To undo your selection, click **Clear selection** from the Selections menu. # Loans and Returns To lend a copy, click **[Loan](https://soutron.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/HG/pages/3278219)** next to the record. Items can be returned by selecting one of the following options from the Actions menu: - **Return My Office's Copies**: return from loan all copies for my office - **Return Selected Copies**: return from loan the selected copies # Creating new copy records New copies can be created, either singly or in bulk: - [Creating Single copies](https://soutron.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/HG/pages/3278568) - [Creating Bulk copies](https://soutron.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/HG/pages/3277994) # Editing copy records Copy records can be [edited](https://soutron.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/HG/pages/3278263) by either clicking **Edit** in the box next to the copy you want to edit or on the copy to select it and then clicking **Edit Copy** in the Actions menu. # Deleting copy records Copy records can be [deleted](https://soutron.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/HG/pages/3277859) by selecting one of the options on the Actions menu. # Actions menu The following actions are available: ![image]() - **View full record:** view the [full catalogue record](https://soutron.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/HG/pages/3278317) - **Close:** close the record without saving - **View copy:** view the full copy record - **Edit Copy:** [delete](https://soutron.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/HG/pages/3279592) this copy record - **Create new Copy:** [create](https://soutron.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/HG/pages/3278568) a new copy record - **Create Bulk Copies:** [duplicate](https://soutron.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/HG/pages/3277893) this copy record - **Start new search**: return to the [search screen](https://soutron.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/HG/pages/3279409) ### Label Printing: - Print selected labels - Add to Print Queue - Print labels in queue ### Basket: - **Add to Basket**: adds the selected record(s) to the [Basket](https://soutron.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/HG/pages/3279058) - **View Basket**: views records already in the Basket - **Request**: to [request](https://soutron.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/HG/pages/3279207) the selected items ### Delete: - **Delete All Copies**: delete all copies for this catalogue record - **Delete Selected Copies**: delete the selected copy records - **Delete My Office's Copies**: delete all copies for my office ### Return: - **Return My Office's Copies**: return from loan all copies for my office - **Return Selected Copies**: return from loan the selected copies --- **Experiencing problems with cataloguing?
