A useful feature that can be implemented is to have the system send notification emails to library staff whenever a user makes a Supply a Copy request.

The system generates one email for all the items requested by a user in one session. One template is defined for each office.

There are two steps to setting this facility up:

- defining a [template](https://soutron.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/HG/pages/3278110) for the emails
- setting up the [task](https://soutron.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/HG/pages/3278802) to produce them

It doesn't matter in which order these are done.
