Return items for a particular title. Note that this includes manual loans.

The function is accessible from within the **Return an Item** menu function

To select a title and return copies, click on the "Title Return" tab.

The following form is displayed:

Enter words from the title, then click **Search** or press Enter.

If more than one copy is found that matches the title, they are displayed as follows:

All loans for that title are displayed:

Select the items to be returned by ticking the Return box next to the item(s).

Click **Return Marked Items** in the Actions menu.

The Items Returned screen is displayed with the items now returned shown in green and the Re-Loan tick box active:

The option to loan the item again to the same user is available: if required, tick the box next to the item.

Click **Re-Loan** in the Actions menu.

The item is recorded as a new Loan transaction. The table shows the new due date in red and shows the issue date as today.

The process is now complete.

To return items for another title, either click **Cancel** or overtype the previous search entry.
