This allows you to define application fields that will be integrated with the thesaurus you have just  defined . Note that application fields are not the same as  record fields . To access Application Fields, select Thesaurus > Application Fields . Select "SoutronLMS" from the drop-down list at the top of the screen. The following screen is displayed: Creating an Application Field To create an application field: Click  Create  in the Actions menu Fill in the fields as follows: Field The name of the application field, beginning with Catalogue to identify the application the field belongs to, eg "Catalogue Author" Field ID This is automatically filled in Thesaurus From the drop-down list, select the thesaurus associated with this application field Store Entry From the drop-down list, select "Yes" Field Type From the drop-down list, select "One Term" Boolean Leave this box unchanged Separator Leave this box unchanged Tickbox Status Leave this box unchanged Phrase search Leave this box unchanged Selection language Leave this box unchanged              3. When you have finished, click  Save  in the Actions menu Editing an Application Field To edit an application field: Select  Edit  for the application field you wish to edit Make the required changes and click  Save  in the Actions menu   Deleting an Application Field To delete an application field: Click  Delete  in the Actions menu Click  Save  in the Actions menu
