**To access Task Maintenance, select** <span style="color: #ff0000">**System Management > Task Centre > Task Maintenance**</span>.

To activate or deactivate a task:

1. select one or more tasks either by clicking on them or by ticking the box next to them
2. click **Change task(s) status** in the Actions menu

This toggles the task between active (denoted by a green tick) and not active (denoted by a red cross):
