Soutron automatically generates a list of outstanding items/issues that need to be claimed, and sends an email to library staff, which links to the Claims Maintenance page. This is controlled and managed by the [Task Centre](https://soutron.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/HG/pages/3278701). First though, an email template needs to be created.

There are two steps to setting this facility up:

- setting up the [task](https://soutron.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/HG/pages/3276891) to produce them
