This section allows you to define the levels and codes and which office, library, department and type of material that they relate to. This consists of both a type of code and then the actual values for that code, so for example you might create a level for office, and then codes for each of the offices you have, eg Bristol, Derby, London. > ⚠️ Note that at this point these are just descriptions, with no connection to the offices, libraries, etc that are set up in the application: this is done when setting up the actual [accounts](https://soutron.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/HG/pages/3278424).   --- **To access Account Code Level Maintenance, select** **Modules > Acquisitions > Accounts and Budgets > Account Code Level Maintenance**.
