If any of the Soutron fields being imported into are validation lists, these options allow you to specify which values in the source data should be added to the validation list.

| **Continue import when validation list value not found** | Tick the box to ensure that the import will continue, even if the validation lists do not contain all the entries from the source |
| **Remove imported data if not found in data source** | Tick to ensure that all records will be removed from the database if they do not exist in a source import file |
| **Run duplication detection when import completes** | Enables duplicate checks for this import template |
| **Restore deleted records** | If an imported record matches a record that has previously been marked as deleted, this option will restore the record.<br>> ℹ️ Note that this operation does not restore the associated copies |
| **Duplication detect level (1-100%)** | The percentage is used to identify a record as a duplicate, which overrides the value set in System Configuration Maintenance |
| **Import new records** | If checked the import will create new records if no match is found. otherwise new records will be rejected. |
| **Update existent records** | Allows the import to update existing records if a match is found. |
