Once an order for a title has been created Create Subscription Order Wizard is presented with a series of steps to complete the Subscription record. The number of copies for any journal subscription are recorded. This form presents the option to record the number of Physical copies to be received by each location / library and to identify if these are to be barcoded, the loan period for issues received that are to be circulated and if there is to be a printed receipt on arrival.  Use ADD to list below in the Physical Copies grid each individual copy to be received.   Each copy can be individually controlled using the settings in the grid display..  This form also allows the Routing Lists to be set up so that when received, an issue can be circulated (physically) or notified via an electronic alert of the arrival of an issue. If a Loan is to be made the person to whom the item is to be issued can be recorded at this stage.
