### When I click on Save and Close after defining the task, nothing happens

This may be because:

- the import profile has not been defined in the [Task Specific Settings](https://soutron.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/HG/pages/3278787)

### My file has not been imported and I have received no email notification

This may be because:

- the file name has not been entered correctly in [Step 3](https://soutron.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/HG/pages/3278141) of setting up the Import Profile - it is case-sensitive
- the file is not in the location that you specified in Step 3 of setting up the Import Profile
- you have not allowed enough time for the import to complete
- you have not entered the correct email address in the [Export Settings](https://soutron.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/HG/pages/3278787) for the Task

### All of the records failed

This may be because:

- you assigned a thesaurus field as the [key field](https://soutron.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/HG/pages/3278168) for updating records
