A frequency definition can be changed up until the point that you start to receive issues. After that point, you would need to create a new frequency cycle to make a change from a particular date. You can however edit the [enumeration](https://soutron.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/HG/pages/3278827) at any point.

Having created or searched for the catalogue record for the serial, click on **Serial Management Control Centre** in the Actions menu from either the edit screen or full display screens.

The following screen displays:

To edit the frequency, click **Edit** next to the definition.

The frequency definition screen opens:

> ⚠️ Note that the Start Date cannot be edited.

 

Make the required changes.

Click **Save & Close** to save the frequency definition.
