Deleting an overdue template can be carried out by the System Administrator at any time from the menu **Loans>>>Overdue Email Templates**

> ❌ **Caution!** Overdue templates should be created, edited and deleted from within the Loans module, NOT the Task Centre.

To delete a template:

- Select the template to delete by ticking the box next to it in the list of templates. More than one can be selected, or select all by ticking the box in the header.
- Click **Delete level** in the Actions menu.  The following message is displayed:

- Click **OK** to continue with the deletion.

The list of templates is re-displayed but without the deleted template(s).
