### Ordering from the catalogue

You will arrive at this screen if you have clicked on "Create new order" or "Add to order" in the [full record](https://soutron.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/HG/pages/3278317) display screen.

The title and CID are displayed:

If this is the correct item that you want to order, leave the selection as Yes and continue to <span style="color: #000000">[Step 2](#)</span>.

Otherwise, select No to allow you to select another catalogue record. You then have three options:

1. You can then search in the box for the CID or title of an existing record:> Macro (inline-external-image)
2. Alternatively, click **Apply** to open up the normal catalogue search screen.
3. Or, you can create a new catalogue record by clicking **Create new record**

Ensure that the selection is set to Yes before proceeding to [Step 2](https://soutron.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/HG/pages/3277482).

### Ordering from the Acquisitions module

You need to select or create a catalogue record before you can proceed with the order. For this there are the three options described above.
