A useful feature is to have the system send notification emails to users to tell them that their requests are now available and ready for collection from the library.

> ℹ️ Note that this is an optional feature, that may not be required for your library.

There are two steps to setting this facility up:

- defining a [template](https://soutron.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/HG/pages/3279203) for the emails
- setting up the [task](https://soutron.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/HG/pages/3277026) to produce them

It doesn't matter in which order these are done.
