Although you may have set the system up to automatically identify items for claiming, there are occasions when you may want to flag these automatically. Typically you might do this when checking serials in and you notice that an earlier issue has not been received; or you may notice that a book is overdue and wish to flag it for claiming.

> 1. Tick the checkbox next to the item(s) or serial issue(s) to be claimed, and click on the **Create Claim** button
