Depending on access permissions, up to three functions can be performed :

**Global Edit**

A blue function button will be shown if the user is assigned the role of **Administrator **or **Catalogue Administrator**.  Its purpose is to run Copy Global Edit on the barcodes that have been scanned.  See <span style="color: #ff0000">Copy Global Edit</span>

**Print Queue**

If Print Queue is enabled in the application, the blue function button will appear, providing the Role of the user logged in has permission to access this function.  It's purpose, is to add all scanned barcodes to a print queue i.e. to re-print barcodes.

By clicking this function button, the Existing Print Queue page in the Soutron application is displayed. All scanned barcode copies will be automatically added and shown in the print queue for the user logged in.  Use the functionality accordingly.  See [Print Labels Queue-old](https://soutron.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/HG/pages/3279127)
