An export function along with three filters are shown at the top of the page.

**Export Function**

The export function is provided to allow past requests to be downloaded, emailed or printed as well as printing address labels. This may be useful if the request has been processed and you forgot to run one of the reports.

This function works in the same way as the export on the Active Tab.

**Filters**

There are three filters:

**Date Range**

By default this is set to the last month from the current date and will show you all requests completed on or between these dates.

The user can change the date range by clicking on the date control or anywhere in the Date Range field to open up a date range calendar:

The first calendar is used to select the first date and the second calendar to select the To Date.

Once dates are selected, user must click the **Apply **button which will then updated the table below. Alternatively the user can not change the date range and click on the grey **Cancel** button.

 

**Processing Office**

By default, this will be set to your office but by clicking the drop down the user can select another office or you can select **All Offices** to show requests from all.

When selected, the table will update based on this and the other filters selected.

  
**Request Type**

By default, this will be set to **All Types** but can be changed by selecting the drop down to reveal all available Request types:
