It is often necessary to amend serial issues once they have been created. The system allows you to manage serial issues in the following ways:

- [edit](https://soutron.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/HG/pages/3277918) the description of the issue - this applies to expected and received issues
- [cancel](https://soutron.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/HG/pages/3276875) an expected issue
- [merge](https://soutron.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/HG/pages/3276883) two or more expected issues
- [recalculate](https://soutron.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/HG/pages/3279155) the issue numbers of expected issues
