A Request that has been transferred to another office can be cancelled by the office that Transferred the request or the office that received the transfer request.

### Cancelling a Transfer Request TO another office:

If the office that transferred the request wants to cancel the transfer that can do so by doing the following:In the Request table, click on the **More **button in the **Actions **column to reveal the menu called **Cancel Transfer**

The pop up will open and the user can click on **Cancel Transfer**

The green confirmaiton message will show that the Request was Uncancelled succesfully

The pop up will return the Action to **Transfer **and use can select another office to transfer to (If available) or simply close the Pop up.

### Cancelling a Transfer Request FROM another office:

 If a request is transferred from another office to My office and for some reason I do not want to or am unable to fulfil the request, I can Uncancel the transfer which will return it to the original request office.  

It is easy to identify which requests have been transferred to my office from another as the **Status ** will show **Request Transferred from ....**  

To Cancel the transfer, click on the More button in the **Actions **column to reveal **Cancel Transfer**

Click this and the request will be removed from your Request Table and the green confirmation message will be shown:

The user in the office it was transfered from originally will then see the Status showingg **Awaiting Action**.
