Essential Maintenance and Expected Downtime (Europe Only)

In order to ensure that we continue to provide the best possible service, we are obliged to carry out some essential work on our hosting platform. This work will include general upgrades and maintenance of the back-end application and infrastructure.
Unfortunately; this does mean a period of downtime, while this work is carried out. To minimise disruption as much as possible we have scheduled the maintenance to take place over the forthcoming Easter Bank Holiday - Friday 3rd April to Monday 6th April 2015.
We apologise for the obvious inconvenience and ask for your patience and understanding during this period.
Some organisations require our SMTP server IP address in order to whitelist us for email relay. Please ensure that this information is passed to your IT department to action on the day after the work has been completed, Tuesday 7th April 2015.
